At Traffic Counsel, LLC, our focus is on affordable, convenient legal representation for your routine traffic matters. We focus on a limited number of violations and courts to save you money and time. Most matters do not require the client to appear.

We charge flat fees for legal representation on qualifying matters. Some courts require additional charges to obtain a recommendation. Typically, these charges are between $5-$15. These courts and charges are detailed below. We accept money orders, e-checks, checks, cash, Bitcoin, Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. If you need additional time to pay, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.

Jurisdictions charge one or two different fees. Some courts have enabled electronic filing, but charge an additional $5 to do so. These courts have a (1) superscript. Other jurisdictions require a copy of your driver’s record, which has a fee of $10. These courts have a (2) superscript.
